A self-motivated travel and food enthusiast, Ross has 10+ years of experience as a travel publicist media strategist specializing in luxury hospitality, gastronomy and design. Ross founded Xhibition in 2015 and has since represented elite travel and lifestyle brands around the world, as well as overseeing creative strategy for Xhibition. Ross is also an avid analogue photographer and constantly has one foot out the door onto the next destination.

Nestor Lara Baeza is a partner at Xhibition. Nestor oversees the New York City office, leading the public relations efforts for top tourism, architecture, and hospitality clients.

Hailing from the U.K., Grace graduated with a degree in International Fashion Marketing before beginning a career in Fashion PR. After garnering her public relations skills in the luxury market working for a number of London’s top fashion houses and designers, Grace set up as a freelance consultant specializing in fashion, interiors and design. Now living in Tel Aviv, Grace joined the Xhibition team in 2018 where she manages the fashion, arts and lifestyle accounts.
Senior Account Director
Born and raised in Washington, DC to a father who immigrated from Holland and a mother who worked in the travel industry, Becca got the travel bug at a young age. After receiving a degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Becca completed a Management Training program with Sofitel Hotels in Morocco, where she would become a Sales Manager. Although her stint in Morocco was meant to last one year, palm trees and mint tea suited her, and she ended up staying for three.
Upon her return to the U.S., Becca moved to the “Big Apple,” where she started her career in Public Relations. After years of experience working with some of the world’s top luxury hotels, destinations, and tour operators, she joined XHIBITION as a Senior Account Director. Always results-driven, Becca has overseen successful media campaigns for her travel industry clients located around the world, including in Denmark, Norway, Australia, Kenya, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Germany and more.
Senior Account Executive
Charlotte joined XHIBITION as a Senior Account Executive after serving as the lead PR architect for some of the world’s most outstanding luxury operators and destinations. For the past two years, Charlotte played a significant role in leading PR initiatives for South African Tourism, North America in addition to boutique hotels and lodges in Rwanda and Uganda, Portugal, and South Africa’s Winelands.
Charlotte graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Strategic Communication in addition to receiving a certificate in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
A Frenchie from Paris who fell in love with Tel Aviv after her first visit, Alex Mathiot holds a M.A. in press relations and communication and has years of experience working in the lifestyle and food P.R. space. Alex has worked on the Nespresso account in New York City while working at Zannier Group. Alex then worked at Jessica Aufiero hospitality PR agency and focused on restaurants and hotels, where she developed her curiosity and passion for food and the culinary world. Then, for the sake of love, she relocated to Tel Aviv to never leave again.
