She studied architecture at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, and the Anahuac University in Mexico City, from which she graduated in 2018. Sofia is currently transitioning towards becoming an artist. After studying architecture for five years, she was drawn to express herself away from the computer and use her hands, crafting jewelry as miniature sculptures. Sofia is currently working on her brand, named Blobb, where she experiments with different materials, making rings with resin that she sculpts and enhances with the perfectly cut gems. As opposed to conventional jewelry, she does not use molds, making each piece unique. Currently represented by Pamela Weissenberg gallery, Mexico City.
